Facilitate communication between employees and management. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data. Manage HR budgets and resources. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement. Provide HR support during organizational changes. Partners with the all plant HR heads on Manpower planning & Budgeting, Contract Labour Management, Plants Statutory Compliances and HR Audits of respective plants. Ensure timely Recruitment, Training & Development activities as per the calendar and deployment as per the approved manpower in respective manufacturing units. Work with corporate leadership to develop and maintain Succession and development plan for key personnel. Should be able to handle social audits and must have capability to do independent audit to compare manpower efficiency of various units across India. Requirements :- MBA in Human Resources Management. Minimum of 10-12 years of HR management experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is must. Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with performance management and appraisal systems. Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs.
