Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for web analytics and have experience translating business needs for reporting into actionable technical requirements for development and implementation. They will have experience working with ecommerce and consumer data for analysis, and expertise in configuring tags, triggers, custom dimensions, and variables for platforms such as , Facebook Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and other tracking tools. Required Qualifications & Responsibilities: 4+ years of hands on experience and proficiency in Google Analytics 360 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker (Data Studio), & Google Ads2-4 years of experience analyzing marketing and eCommerce data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to optimize marketing strategies.2-4 years of experience creating KPI metrics and analytics reports on web and campaign performance that include suggestions for optimizations.Hands-on experience auditing, testing, and debugging GTM and GA4 implementations identify and resolve any issues with event tracking.Strong understanding of the tech and digital landscape, with a focus on modern data and analytics tools.Knowledge of dataLayer configuration, HTTP requests/responses, DOM elements, and Regular Expressions.Experience with Google Consent Mode, Cookie Consent Management Tools such as OneTrust, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).Collaborate with marketing teams to define and implement custom tracking for Paid Media, Organic Search, Email, Social Media, Affiliate, and CRO initiatives.Implement and maintain Custom Events, Audiences and/or Segments for Growth Marketing purposesBuild and document robust event schemas for consistent data tracking across platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating custom GTM tags.Prior experience in server-side tag managementStrong familiarity with front-end programming, and web development processes and flowsSEO, SEM, and Paid Ads Campaign management
