We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and professional sales closer to join our Sleep Crafters team.You will receive advanced training in probing and introspection methods utilized by top psychologists, ensuring you can deeply understand each parent’s unique challenges and guide them to the best solution for their child’s restful sleep.Responsibilities:Conduct Video Calls:Help potential clients navigate their baby’s sleep journey via engaging and informative video consultations.Manage Schedule:Maintain enough calendar availability to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.Daily Tasks:Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.Availability:Remain accessible through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily for team communication and client coordination.Build Rapport:Establish trust with parents by listening to their unique sleep challenges and showing genuine empathy.Honesty and Integrity:Only enroll families who are a great fit for our no-cry-it-out methodology.
