Job Description

The Market Research Analyst will specialize in researching, analyzing, and profiling target customers. This individual will focus exclusively on gathering and interpreting data to build detailed customer personas, identify industry trends, and uncover market opportunities. This is a purely research-oriented role with no direct interaction with customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data to create in-depth customer profiles.Develop detailed customer personas Identify customer pain points, needs, and buying patterns through secondary data and trends.Research market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to understand customer preferences.Study key industries where IT services are in demand and evaluate their unique requirements.Leverage data from surveys, reports, and public sources to uncover actionable insights.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, industry reports, or internal data for market sizing and customer behavior analysis.Present findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations to decision-makers.Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure research aligns with business goals.Support strategic decision-making with evidence-based customer insights.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years in market research, data analysis, or customer profiling (preferably in IT services).Experience in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.Familiarity with CRM tools and competitive research platforms.Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Python, or R (optional but preferred).Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Excellent communication skills for presenting findings concisely.
