We are looking for a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.Job Description:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Saama's market reach by identifying and nurturing leads, building strong relationships, and driving sales opportunities. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers and leads to generate new business opportunities.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach and research.Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Sales Presentations: Communicate Saama’s value propositions effectively through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities and prospects in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support and achieve company sales goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Cold Calling Expertise: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, with the ability to turn prospects into sales opportunities.Excellent Communication: Outstanding spoken and written English skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, while staying highly productive.Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or inside sales role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the technology or analytics sector is a plus.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
