Should have handled video desks across languages and platforms Should have managed relationships with news partnership teams in big techs and aggregators Understanding of SEO guidelines and content performance strategies Should have led content IPs and editorial programs in past . Should have a strong network of influential personalities in news space across languages .Must have'sImpeccable Command over English and Malayalam or Kannada is a must. Knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage. Strong social media and language model strategies. Education PG in mass communication/ Journalism.It would be better to have continued record of certifications new age media programs by google , meta etc .
