Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Monastic Media® in Surat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a daily basis to drive growth and success for the company. Day-to-Day Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Work closely with the marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track and report sales metrics, client acquisition efforts, and overall business development progress. Research and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service offerings.
