KRA: Brand Manager Responsibilities 1.. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies online & offline to enhance brand awareness and market positioning. 2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform branding decisions and marketing initiatives. 3. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of branding with product offerings and messaging. 4. Candidate should have in depth knowledge luxury brand management, . Candidates should be well experienced in working with fashion n lifestyle clients. 5. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all channels. 6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. 7. Manage relationships with clients and vendors to ensure high-quality brand communication and creative outputs. 8. Lead and mentor junior marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to cultivate talent and encourage innovative thinking. 9. Shoots and Production management All shoots should be planned at least 2 months before according to the quarterly strategy. All planning and execution has to be done professionally through a deck with all terms and conditions and costs shared on email with the client. 10.Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all the clients, ensuring strong lasting relationships. Understand client brands objectives, challenges and growth vision to deliver customized brand solutions. Act as a strategic advisor to clients brand growth and marketing initiatives. 11.Conceptualize and create the direction for all the brands in terms of verbal and visual communication. Help team to solve content and communication problems through strategic guidelines for each brand. 12.Social media management- Should be able to Manage all social media channels and oversee hygiene and orm of the brand.
