JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role : Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS This role will include working on transfer pricing compliance, audit enquiries and advisory aspects. You will work on international projects and global initiatives, partnering with cross functional teams and external stakeholders and acting as a problem solver to deliver transfer pricing initiatives successfully. You will be actively involved in identifying areas of automation, design, implementation and monitoring the transfer pricing policies/ model across the business. You will be responsible for delivering benchmarking studies, you will be supporting the team with drafting functional analysis interviews, calculating transfer pricing true-ups and preparing audit defence documentation. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Tax or other related/quantitative fields; Advanced degrees are desired but not mandatory Min 6 years of transfer pricing experience preferably with a Big 4 having significant experience in global transfer pricing projects Professional certification: CTA or ACA or any other relevant qualification Ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects to completion Self-starter and able to work on their own initiative Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to achieve results Proficient in Business English, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Advanced Excel modelling skills Able to reach out and work with central finance teams to gather, examine and scrutinise data. Strong prior experience of drafting OECD transfer pricing master-file and OECD local files (including industry analysis, functional analysis, economic studies etc) Support in conducting functional analysis interviews and able to write/document interviews into notes that will form part of formal transfer pricing documentation Strong prior benchmarking study experience with various databases, including loan databases Deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, their theory, interpretation, and application Keep up-to-date with OECD and local country legislation in respect of transfer pricing developments Experience with transfer pricing software and technology is a plus If you are a Transfer Pricing professional looking for a new challenge in a business which prioritises creativity and curiosity and encourages you to make a difference; then we might be looking for you!
