Role/Designation: Executive-Supply Chain Experience: 2-3 Yrs Experience in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Demand and Supply Planning, and Logistics) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.E in Mechanical or Industrial Production will be Preferred)/MBA in Supply Chain Management. Job Description  Plan, Co-ordinate and implement the overall supply chain strategy for Inventory Management at Warehouses at different countries across Globe.  Provide Purchasing team the plan for releasing contract.  Provide the Delivery schedules against the contract to the Vendors.  Monitoring and controlling Global Warehouse Operations.  Providing on time shipping instructions to Warehouses against customer Orders.  Liaise with Terova Sales team to get the Forecast and align the material planning for Terova Sales.  Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for forecast, sales order and Co- Ordinate Direct shipments from Vendors to Customer location.  Liaise with Customer and Customer’s partner to get the shipments picked (or) delivered on time.  Liaise with QA team for any Quality specific parameters for shipments either from Vendors or to customers.  Attend Weekly/Biweekly calls with Multiple Griffith location across Globe for discussion on the Forecast, Material availability, risk mitigation and for further contract requirements.  Should be able to understand the type of Transaction and should do the right Transactions in Terova D365 ERP. (pick and pack list Transactions, Shipping, Disposables…)  Liaise with logistics partners to get the costing as and when required.  Co-Ordinate with logistics partners and vendors to get the shipments picked, Clearance, Delivery, documentation etc….  Review the Quotes of Logistics partners to make right decisions.  Preparing and verifying international shipment documents and regulatory documents for International shipments.  Review the invoice of Warehouse and Logistics partners and provide Finance team with required documents for making payment.  Work with finance, ERP team and CS and other required stake holders to rectify the errors of transaction identified in D365.  Measure and monitor performance against Supply Chain KPI’s.  Data Recording and Analysis  Suggest solutions and process improvements. Job Requirements and qualifications  Previous working experience in Supply Chain planning and logistics for 2-3 years  Hands-on experience with ERP-Specifically demand and Supply (SAP, Oracle etc.…).
