Position: HR Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad Timing: 9:30 AM to 6 PM Experience: Minimum 6 Months Role Overview:- As an HR Recruiter at Drona Education Foundation, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, particularly in the education sector. Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing: Utilize effective sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and knowledge. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Offer and Onboarding: Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages. Coordinate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation. HR Operations (as needed): Assist the HR team with various operational tasks as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. Proven experience in recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Experience in the education field (preferred).
