Job Description: Testing and QA Engineer We are looking for an experienced Testing and QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and performance of our enterprise-grade applications. Our tech stack includes MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), Golang, Flask, FastAPI, and Next.js, and we leverage both standard and AI-driven tools for testing and quality assurance. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies for QpiAI applications, APIs, and microservices. Write test cases and validate the application testing through a systematic checklist. Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, security, scalability, and usability testing. Utilize AI tools for testing to enhance automation, visual testing, and defect prediction. Implement standard automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and JMeter. Test RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Conduct load and stress testing for high-traffic applications using tools like Locust, Gatling, or BlazeMeter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs, optimize performance, and improve user experience. Maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation. Requirements : Proven experience in Testing and QA for enterprise applications. Expertise in manual and automated testing tools, including Selenium, Appium, JMeter, TestNG, and Postman. Proficiency in AI tools for testing like Applitools, Testim, or similar solutions. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Solid knowledge of MERN stack, Golang, Flask, and Next.js environments. Experience in containerized testing (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Preferred Skills Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., Gatling, Locust, BlazeMeter). Familiarity with AI-driven bug prediction and visual regression testing. Experience with accessibility testing and compliance with global standards (e.g., WCAG).
