We specialize in handcrafted jewels that are a beautiful juxtaposition of diamonds and ethically sourced stones that are endorsed by various well-known celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Sonam Kapoor and many more.   Job Description:   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced STORE MANAGER to lead our store sales team and drive the success of our Delhi flagship boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations.   Responsibilities:   ●    End to end ownership of the flagship store in Ambawatta One. ●    Ability to build and manage relationships with HNI clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales (INR 5L-50L); ●    Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability. ●    Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets. ●    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations. ●    Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales. ●    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. ●    Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. ●    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity. ●    Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment. ●    Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand. ●    Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.     Requirements:   ●    MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college ●    Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands like Gaurav Gupta, Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Anita Dongre etc. or real- estate consultancy firms like JLL. ●    Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level ●    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. ●    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers ●    Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment. ●    Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry. ●    Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ●    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.     Interested candidates can mail their resume to
