Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits: Manage Benefits Administration, including annual open enrollment and interface management Configure Workday for off-cycle benefit changes and support employee self-service enhancements. Maintain the job catalog, including updates and enhancements. Manage positions and organizational hierarchies within HR systems. HRIS: Administer mass data changes for workforce management and reductions in force (mass upload for terminations). Ensure accurate administration of HR systems and databases, resolving issues promptly. Generate and manage both standard and custom HR reports. Provide technical configuration, support, and testing for HR systems, integrations, and interfaces. Configure compensation and bonus plans, ensuring proper setup for earnings and deductions. General HRIS Support: Lead Workday semi-annual release updates by managing configuration, testing, and implementation. Review and optimize Workday business processes and workflows. Configure time and attendance systems as new countries are added through acquisitions. Manage the configuration of HR systems for new countries resulting from acquisitions. Set up or revise bonus/incentive plans to include earnings and deductions. Confirm and implement the activation of chatbot functionality in Workday. Support global Workday expansion and acquisitions, including interface configurations for sales compensation tools. Qualifications: Exp - 7 to 10 Years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HRIS, or related field. Certified Workday added advantage. Proficiency in Workday HRIS, including configuration and troubleshooting. Strong technical skills in HR systems and experience with mass data changes. Analytical mindset with expertise in HR reporting and data management. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a global environment.
