Roles & Responsibilities Preparation of monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review. Preparation of financial statements, including Limited Review Reports (LRR), every quarter as per IND AS requirements. Closure of books of accounts annually, half-yearly, and quarterly in compliance with IND AS. Preparation of detailed yearly budgets, financial projections, and variance analysis. Optimal hedging of forex exposure considering economic trends and events. Ensuring compliance with all Income Tax provisions, including TDS and advance tax. Ensuring adherence to GST and Customs regulations, including filing returns and addressing queries. Regular monitoring and strengthening of the company's internal controls in both financial and operational processes. Designing and preparing the scope of internal audits every quarter. Liaising with banks for financial assistance, loan processing, and day-to-day banking activities. Preparing financial term sheets for new projects and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. Coordinating with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits and addressing audit observations. Preparation and submission of accurate stock statements for financial reporting and compliance. Ensuring compliance with tax audit requirements under Direct Taxation. Preparation of order-wise Profit & Loss statements to analyze the performance of specific orders/projects. Conducting financial planning, scenario analysis, and strategic reviews to aid decision-making.
