Position Title : HR Executive Department : Human Resources Reporting To : Deputy General Manager (DGM) - HR Role Summary The HR Executive will support the Deputy General Manager (DGM) - HR in developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Acting as a key support to the DGM - HR, this role will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and other HR functions. The HR Executive ensures seamless day-to-day HR operations and contributes to the overall efficiency of the HR department. Key Responsibilities 1. Policy Assistance and Implementation : • Assist the DGM - HR in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Ensure proper communication and execution of policies across the organization. • Provide inputs on policy improvements based on employee feedback and organizational needs. 2. Recruitment and Onboarding : • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by facilitating orientation and induction programs. • Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment metrics. 3. Employee Relations and Engagement : • Serve as a first point of contact for employees to address queries and concerns. • Support the DGM - HR in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives. • Assist in handling employee grievances and provide inputs for resolution. 4. Training and Development : • Coordinate with the DGM - HR to identify training needs and assist in planning learning and development activities. • Support the execution of training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs. • Maintain training records and follow up on post-training feedback. 5. Performance Management Support : • Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process by ensuring timelines are met and documentation is accurate. • Support managers and employees in setting performance objectives and tracking progress. • Provide administrative support for performance improvement plans (PIPs) and other related processes. 6. Compliance and Documentation : • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date records. • Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy. 7. HR Projects and Initiatives : • Support the DGM - HR in managing special projects such as succession planning, employee wellness programs, and diversity initiatives. • Assist in research and data collection for HR analytics and strategic decision-making. 8. Administrative Support : • Provide administrative support to the DGM - HR in day-to-day activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting reports. • Ensure smooth coordination within the HR team and across departments for HR-related tasks. Qualifications and Experience: • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience : 4-6 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.. • Skills : • Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
