We are seeking a qualified Sales account manager to help keep this engine running with their own skill as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal Sales account manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advice, motivate, or replace sales representatives to build and maintain a high-performance team.Objectives of this role:· Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings· Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them· Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives· Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance· Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives· Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationshipsResponsibilities New Business Identification and Development through new lead generation and marketing plans for new accounts.Generate new business with networking, previous relationships and other prospecting techniques.Ensure par excellent client satisfaction. Utilize the company’s in-house resources to generate new, maintain and grow current accounts.Negotiate contract terms and establish suitable business arrangements that are a win for both Infostride and our clients.Partner with Recruiting Team to acquire sales leads and promote open jobs. Engage and prepare candidates for the interview and hiring process.Maintain potential clients and talent pipelines via continuous networking efforts. Maintain detailed records of business to increase the efficiency of the sales cycle. Focus on competitor analysis pursuits to solidify Infostride's market positioning and growth.Meet monthly and annual revenue goals.Requirements : Minimum of 5 plus years’ experience as Account Manager / Business Development Manager in the IT Consulting and Staffing space. Must have worked with fortune clients directly in past Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, managerial and leadership skills.Experience: US Staffing: 2 years (Required) Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
