JOB DESCRIPTION-Experience range - 5 - 12 yrs • Solarwinds Administrator with expertise in Server and Application monitoring(SAM) and Web performance monitoring(WPM). • Requirement gathering and interaction with client and understanding client needs. • Addition, removal and maintenance of servers and services in Solarwinds. • Creation/modification of alerts to notify responsible teams for issues related to their systems. • Configuring and scheduling reports for various applications as per the requirement. • Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement. • Recording transactions in WPM recorder and adding transaction monitors in Solarwinds. • Troubleshooting errors and configuration issues majorly related to monitoring of the network. • Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for Solarwinds. • Evaluating upgrades to monitoring software and implementing updates as needed
