The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), GST (Goods and Services Tax), advanced Excel skills, and preferably experience in eCommerce marketplace operations. A keen analytical mindset is required to support our finance operations and contribute to the agency's growthTDS & GST Management:Ensure accurate TDS and GST calculations, timely returns filing, and compliance with relevant tax laws.Prepare and file TDS returns, ensuring timely tax deductions and deposits.Manage GST reconciliation and filing, including generating GST reports to ensure accuracy in tax-related matters.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and reports on key financial metrics.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support decision-making.Advanced Excel Usage:Use advanced Excel features (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros) to analyse financial data, prepare reports, and track financial performance.Maintain and update financial spreadsheets for budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.Data Management & Reconciliation:Ensure the accuracy of financial data entered systems.Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions and accounts to ensure proper accounting practices.Supporting Audits & Tax Compliance:Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing financial data.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and tax laws in financial practices.Financial Planning Support:Analyse financial data and assist in planning processes.Contribute to the development of financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost control.Key Skills & Qualifications:Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA in Finance or equivalent is a plus).Experience:2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, with a focus on TDS, GST, and financial reporting.Technical Skills:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros).Strong understanding of TDS and GST regulations.Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP) is an advantage.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.Detail-oriented and methodical with a focus on accuracy and precision.Other Requirements:Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
