Nbyula leverages technology's power, uniformity, predictability, and scalability to harness the insights of international students, alumni, and professionals inside a community-driven ecosystem.Note: This role is designed for recent college graduates, entry-level professionals and students pursuing their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees, who can efficiently manage both work and studies.ResponsibilitiesEngage potential work and study-abroad users in online conversations, quickly understand their pain points, map them to potential solutions, and onboard them on the platform.Engage and support users in using Nbyula tools and technologies with the platform.Build process protocols and guidelines to support other community engagement associates.Should be able to research, curate, and collate challenges international study aspirants face.Resolve queries and issues faced by users on the platform.Respond and engage with customers' interactions on social media handles & resolve product-related issues.Share learnings and experiences with the team so that they can be leveraged to improve and promote the product.What is required:Good written communication & verbal skillsExperience with customer support and engagement over chat/social media handlesBe able to read and observe knowledge through online mediums, such as blogs, posts, podcasts, etc., and convert it into actionable instructions and guidelines.Ability to handle multiple social media accounts and online conversations without fatigue.Brownie points- for additional Indian & non-Indian languagesJob PerksWork with the team building the next-generation gamified user-generated content platform, reaching millions of users all across the globe and helping Nbyula solve a fundamental problem never attempted before.
