Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for non-academic positions.Source candidates through various platforms, including job portals, university websites, social media, and professional networks.Conduct campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and other hiring events. Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates based on job descriptions and required skills.Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidates skills, experience, and fit for the organization.Coordinate interviews with department heads or faculty members as per the recruitment process. Candidate Management:Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.Keep candidates informed about the recruitment process, status, and next steps. Documentation and Compliance:Ensure all required documentation is collected from candidates during the recruitment process.Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.Ensure that recruitment practices are in compliance with legal and university policies. Collaboration:Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the university.
