Senior Functional Consultant-Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsLocation: MohaliJob Type: Full-timeOverviewAs a part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – with the capability to form strategic partnerships with our customers in their digital journey and help them conceive, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.Our Business Application Domain aids customers in maximizing their investment in our Dynamics 365 solutions. We provide Consulting, Solution Architecture guidance, and Project Management services for complex and mission-critical businesses. As a key member of Leadership, you must possess a strong business solutions background, lead engagements with multiple stakeholders, and discuss and demonstrate Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations to our customers.In this role, you will interact with senior Technologists to understand the technical know-how and with Corporate Stakeholders, to whom you will communicate your strategy, which will center around offering ideal customer solutions, and designing, and preparing estimates for customer implementations.Key Roles and Responsibilities:· Help F&O teams identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while leading the delivery of ongoing projects alongside.· Expert-level knowledge required in assisting customers in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including the following:· Proven experience in selling consulting engagements, which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work (SOW) that set expectations and limit risk.· Demonstrated excellence in presenting complex development topics to executive and technical personnel.· Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.· Proven working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.· Qualifications include hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations implementation with a focus on presales/business development and engagement delivery.· Understanding of competitive technology to accurately assess the feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with existing customer systems from non-Microsoft platforms.· Work experience involving pre-sales support, technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management.· Deep understanding of markets, customers, and related technology; have the background to provide leadership in the practice and demonstrated effectiveness in consulting and client Management.· Industry-leading breadth knowledge of the subject area and have demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:· Proven Success by Design methodology experience where the candidate has executed a full ERP project life cycle (managing end-to-end multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects).· Orchestrated Success by Design offerings (Architecture assessment, performance review, or customization review) for at least a minimum of 8 years.· Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations implementations.· Domain Skills or in-depth experience in one of the following industries will be an advantage - Manufacturing, Finance, Retail and Supply Chain, and Professional Services.· Demonstrated skill in both Crisis Management and Expectation Management.· Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Organizational, and Time Management Skills.Education:• A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent would be preferable.• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications would be ideal.Values we look for: Hard work, Passion, Determination, KindnessCompensation: Our Compensation Offering will be commensurate with your Skills & Experience, and not a negotiation on your current CTC.
