We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a 4 - 7 years of experience in civil construction, overseeing all aspects of building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards.Quality Control:Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets project specifications.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction methods or materials.Coordination and Communication:Collaborate with project managers, department engineers, and other company staff to ensure smooth project execution.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Health and Safety:Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.Ensure the work environment is safe for all employees and compliant with legal requirements.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, site hindrances, and material logs.Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.Requirements:Diploma in civil engineering or related field.Minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience in civil construction, with a strong background in commercial building projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Professional Engineer with Diploma in civil or equivalent certification.Experience with large-scale commercial buildings
