Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Build strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience. • Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, concierge, etc.) to meet guest needs. • Ensure timely resolution of guest concerns or issues. • Collect guest feedback and share insights with the management for continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences. • Assist in creating personalized experiences for repeat guests. • Prepare daily reports on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
