We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive talent acquisition in our core practice areas. About the Role: As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent for enterprise IT projects. You will partner with hiring managers and practice leads to understand technical requirements, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and a passion for identifying and attracting the best talent in the industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals in areas such as enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), data engineering, cloud solutions, and automation platforms (e.g., Workato). Identify and engage high-caliber candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, networking events, and referrals. Conduct in-depth technical screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and business goals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across DynPro’s practice areas. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies. Provide a world-class experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding. Qualifications: 6-15 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in IT services for Fortune 1000 enterprise clients. Strong understanding of enterprise technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, data engineering, cloud platforms, and automation tools. Ability to assess technical candidates effectively. Proven success in recruiting for IT services and consulting roles, particularly in DynPro’s core practice areas (e.g., Salesforce, Workato, SAP, and cloud solutions). A relentless drive to identify, engage, and secure top technical talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build trust. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
