We're looking for a passionate and experienced BIM/VDC Manager to lead our BIM initiatives and take ownership of our digital project delivery strategies. Key Responsibilities BIM Software & Technology Management Manage BIM software tools, including installation, upgrades, and customization. Evaluate and adopt new BIM-related software and technologies. Stay updated on BIM best practices and industry trends. Provide hardware and network support related to BIM production. Standards Development & Implementation Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and workflows. Maintain and update template files to ensure compliance with project and company standards. Automate BIM routines to enhance productivity and consistency. Conduct quality control reviews of all shop drawings and BIM deliverables. Team Leadership & Training Train and mentor staff on BIM tools and workflows, including Revit Architecture. Conduct technical onboarding and skill assessments for new hires. Organize ongoing internal training sessions to ensure team proficiency. Foster a collaborative environment for junior staff to achieve BIM standards. Project Execution & Coordination Support project teams with BIM project setup, modeling, and detailing. Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents across project teams. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure model accuracy and updates. Link BIM to construction administration for shop drawings, submittals, and schedules. Process Optimization & Innovation Optimize workflows for reflow validation, sustainable design, and digital fabrication. Implement modularization techniques to improve project delivery efficiency. Use data-driven solutions to track and enhance project outcomes. Client & Vendor Interaction Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and corporate technology teams. Represent the organization at industry events and client-focused conferences. Support marketing efforts for BIM services through presentations and literature. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in design, drafting, or engineering. In-depth expertise with BIM software (Revit Architecture) and project setup. Strong knowledge of BIM standards, documentation, and workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
