Salesforce Certified ArchitectJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Salesforce Architect with 7+ years of hands-ondevelopment and architectural experience in Salesforce multi-cloud environments. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of architecture patterns, be proficient in handling large-scale implementations, and have experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems such as CMS, LMS, PIM, and DAM. This role involves managing multiple client engagements, providingtechnical leadership, and delivering robust and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) that align with business objectives.• Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems, including CMS (ContentManagement Systems), LMS (Learning Management Systems), PIM (Product InformationManagement), and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms.• Oversee the technical strategy for large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality design and scalable solutions.• Provide hands-on development guidance and technical leadership across the entire softwaredevelopment lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoingmaintenance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design scalable architecturesolutions, and deliver high-impact projects.• Manage multiple client engagements, balancing priorities and ensuring timely delivery ofprojects while maintaining high client satisfaction.• Develop and maintain architectural best practices, standards, and governance frameworksfor Salesforce implementations.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, acting as the main escalation point for complexchallenges across multiple environments.• Keep up with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices,incorporating them into the architecture and design.Qualifications:• Salesforce Certified Architect (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, TechnicalArchitect).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’sdegree is a plus).• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce, including customdevelopment using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.• Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in amulti-cloud environment.• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (CMS, LMS, PIM, DAM) andenterprise systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns, data modeling, and best practices.• Proficiency in multi-cloud Salesforce environments with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other products.• Solid experience in developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning components,Visualforce, and Salesforce integration tools.• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and clientssimultaneously.• Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and security principles inSalesforce.• Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing teams in a dynamic environment.Nice to Have:• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist).• Experience with industries such as Sales and Revenue Operations, Customer Service andSupport, Marketing and Customer Engagement, E-commerce and Digital Experience,Financial and Compliance Management and Data Management and Analytics.• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.• Familiarity with advanced enterprise integration techniques, microservices, and APImanagement tools.
