Job Description

Randstad Enterprise is seeking experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that business processes are efficient, effective, and streamlined. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement solutions that optimize our operations.Primary Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day back office administrative tasks related to the HR function. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and payroll data. Process payroll tasks accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Handle data entry, document management, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Prepare and distribute various HR reports, documents, and correspondence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize employee information for onboarding, offboarding, and transfers. Support compliance efforts by adhering to legal requirements and internal policies in handling sensitive employee data. Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and administrative matters. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of back office operations.Qualifications: Proven experience in HR outsourcing projects or back office administrative roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and data management. Familiarity with HR systems and software, preferably experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficient in using G-Suite Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is a plus.If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic HR outsourcing project, we encourage you to apply for this position.
