Role Description Develop and guide the comprehensive implementation of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP) within the school. Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaborative planning and foster a culture of teamwork among educators. Promote and cultivate a school climate rooted in understanding, respect, and an international-minded perspective. Champion the attributes of the IB Learner Profile throughout the PYP curriculum. Engage in teaching responsibilities as a role model for the team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid teaching certification Minimum 3 years experience teaching the IB PYP program Excellent knowledge and understanding of the IB PYP framework Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
