We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our growth strategies while maintaining the brand’s exclusivity.   Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for high-margin collections. Strategically upsell and cross-sell to enhance the Average Transaction Value (ATV). Market Penetration: Expand market share in luxury regions by acquiring high-value clients. Design bespoke campaigns to drive growth in underperforming locations. Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive quality lead generation with targeted marketing strategies. Optimize CRM systems for tracking, nurturing, and personalized client follow-ups. Exclusive Product Launches: Manage pre-orders or waitlists for limited-edition launches, achieving set sign-up targets. Customer Relationship Management: Enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by cultivating VIP relationships and designing unique offers. Sales-Driven Collaborations: Forge partnerships with luxury hotels, lifestyle services, and events to promote exclusive offers and boost sales. E-commerce Growth: Drive online sales growth with a focus on premium product categories. Enhance virtual consultations and curated shopping experiences to attract high-value customers. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Marketing KPIs: Impressions, engagement rate, website traffic, leads generated. Sales KPIs: Revenue growth, ATV, conversion rates, CAC, and retention rates. Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury sales and marketing. Expertise in lead generation, CRM systems, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of premium/luxury customer behavior.
