Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working with luxury brands. Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and industry professionals to expand company's network. Sales experience in the design or furniture sector is a plus. Excellent communication skills with high fluency in English. Should be Presentable with professional demeanor. Open to travel for work purposes as required. Ensure timely follow-ups and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Provide personalized consultations and exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of proven experience in customer service or after-sales support, preferably in the luxury brands sector. Strong expertise in reporting, performance monitoring, and systematic problem resolution. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools. Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the company's clientele is an advantage.
