Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. Primary to this role will be content marketing which includes creating different forms of digital copy such as blog articles, newsletters, evergreen pages, infographics and more. Content should be valuable, relevant, and helpful in driving traffic to the company's website, building awareness of our brand and calling readers or followers to action or securing sales. This role will create strategies, follow style guides and research trending topics to draft high-quality targeted content that's superior to that of competitors and aligned to the needs of a business or digital campaign.The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and able to use the tools necessary to manage our marketing efforts. Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly desired. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaignsCollaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunitiesUtilize knowledge of our business to create customer targeted marketing campaigns Must have experience working with and creating content for B2B in the United StatesDevelop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateralWrite, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums. Your ability to create high quality, compelling content which is directed towards a United States audience is key.Perform keyword research and work to improve the overall SEO of the websiteExperience in WordPress desired to perform website management and content uploadingUtilize Thomas Net and other directories to drive more traffic to Amfas, make suggestions based on your market research In your first 90 days, you will:You will spend your first few weeks focused on training and learning the ins and outs of Amfas’ business, customers, suppliers, and overall strategy for success. You will then begin executing new content creation in the form of long form blogs, short social media posts, quarterly marketing newsletters, and more. By focusing on this aspect of the business you will become deeply familiar with our capabilities and overall value proposition. After 90 days you will transition into more offensive marketing tactics and strategies. Continuing to create and market new, compelling, and informative content is the key foundation for this role.
