The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles through active sourcing and networking. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends. Candidate Experience Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Thrillophilia’s culture and values to prospective candidates. Requirement & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 4+ years in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., full-stack developers, data engineers, DevOps). Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing advanced sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both candidates and stakeholders. Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Data-Driven: Ability to analyze recruitment data and deliver actionable insights.
