Ensure all processes and policies of client with respect to Payroll are implemented in the new application. • Ensure data migration for previous months / years as per the agreement. • Perform parallel runs to ensure accuracy of payroll, taxes, and statutory compliance deduction. • Ensure compliance registers for statutory requirements are configured in the system (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS). • Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll inputs Qualifications Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with HRMS integration experience 2) Job Role Description HR Compliance specialist Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations effectively. • Monitor HR policies and update them as required. • Manage audits, inspections, and statutory compliance processes Handle employee grievances related to compliance issues professionally. • Coordinate with stakeholders for compliance documentation and reporting. • Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Support policy alignment with organizational and regulatory standards Qualifications HR compliance, labor laws, audits, and policy implementation
