Area to cover : The role is currently for Huhtamaki India Rudrapur Plant. But need to support other plants / sites as required by the organisation. Qualification: Engineering Graduate / Science Graduate (Masters preferred) Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in a medium to large organization. Similar industry preferred. Out of which at least 2-3years in Quality Systems. Must have handled cross functional portfolio. Must have hands on Auditing experience. Stay at last 2 companies should be around 3 years each. Detail Responsibilities: Support in implement (at location) and sustain various management systems based on international standards, Huhtamaki norms and customer requirements. These will include (but not limited to): Quality Management System Based on ISO 9001 Environment Management System based on ISO 14001 Safety Management System based on ISO 45001 Product Safety Management System based on BRCGS Packaging / FSSC 22000 (or any other GFSI approved schemes) Sustainability certification – FSC, ISCC plus Responsible Sourcing (Social audit like SEDEX, URSA, BSCI etc) Customer specific requirement like DMF, Halal, Kosher etc. Organisational requirement of GMP. Support all new management system (identified internally or demanded by the business) implementation. Lead the learning of the new requirement before adaptation and implementation at site. Customer due diligence: coordinate / respond / participate (and ensure effective loop closure) to all system related queries and activities – General Questionnaire, Self-assessment questionnaire, various Declarations, attending/ leading customer’s audit, and subsequent response. Ensure that Mutual NDA is in place, and information shown/shared as per organisation protocol. Interpret and convert the requirement (of published standard (as mentioned above), and the customer models) into implementable actions / targets/ reports / validation. Supplier Due diligence: Ensure all the necessary steps of Supplier Management are executed at plant - Supplier qualification/ approval (includes maintaining of records of centrally approved Suppliers), consignment wise assessment, periodical Supplier Self-assessment Questionnaire, Periodical on-site audit, Periodical Traceability exercise with suppliers, obtain and maintain various declarations issued by suppler.Verify the necessary NDA with Suppliers. Facilitate the above (Certification requirement, Customer due diligence, Supplier Due diligence) through periodic audits to ensure effectiveness of the systems requirement and adequacy, and verification of continued sustenance of committed actions (for closure of various non-conformances) - through personal interaction, and written follow ups. Custodian of all documents and records which demonstrate the strength of the management system deployed at the location. Support all plants for standardization of processes and documentation. Ensure no distortion of centrally issued SOP/ protocols. Support the organisation in all the automation initiative related to this function like Document Management, Audit Management, Complaint Management etc. Conduct/ arrange Training at regular interval to various levels in the site on the above topics (Security team, Contract workmen, front line officers, HODs), and any new topic as deemed necessary. Support all organisation wide initiatives like ERP and WCO. Ensure integration of system, and customer with all such initiatives.
