Position Overview We are a seed-funded startup focused on using state-of-the-art AI technologies to revolutionize the credit industry. Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, Amazon, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We are seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager with deep experience in financial services and B2B SAAS, particularly in areas such as supply chain intelligence as well as risk management. This role is for a strategic thinker who will lead the development and launch of innovative products that leverage AI to transform credit risk analysis and management for businesses. You will report directly to the Founders. Key Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for our AI-driven supply chain and credit risk management products, aligning with the company’s mission and market needs. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities in the financial services sector. Product Development Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet user needs and business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback, refine product features, and advocate for the product vision. Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Performance Metrics: Define and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform future product iterations and improvements. Qualifications Extensive experience (3-4 years) in product management within the financial services industry or SAAS companies. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products (ideally related to finance). Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. An MBA is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with executives, engineers, and customers alike.
