We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategizing and executing digital campaigns, leveraging data analytics, and driving measurable business growth. You will collaborate across teams to enhance brand awareness, optimize online presence, and increase lead generation. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing). Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively reach and engage them. Plan and manage targeted B2B campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and buyer personas Oversee paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing goals Marketing Automation Design, implement, and optimize workflows in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign. Develop and maintain lead scoring models to segment audiences and deliver personalized experiences. Automate repetitive marketing tasks, such as lead nurturing, email drip campaigns, and post-event follow-ups. Integrate automation platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, PardotZoho) to ensure seamless data flow and campaign tracking. Create, Monitor and refine automated workflows based on performance metrics and user engagement. Content & SEO A necessary skilly to Create, Plan and manage content (Text, Graphic - .jpg/GiF/Video) for blogs, websites, and social platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives and SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve rankings on search engines. Data Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns, such as ROI, traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition cost. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion rates, ROI) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for increasing engagement and campaign efficiency Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across campaigns. And work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales objectives and pipelines Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to deliver cohesive marketing strategies Innovation & Trends Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, including AI tools, new ad platforms, and industry standards. Well informed on the latest trends in digital marketing and automation technology. Identify new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and ROI. Experiment with emerging digital channels and automation techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of the corve. Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5 plus years of experience in digital marketing, digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation and campaign management. An absolute must and strong hands-on experience of marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM strategies and social media advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo Certified Expert). Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or other digital marketing tools. Familiarity with APIs and integrations for enhanced automation. Experience in managing complex multi-segment marketing workflows. Experience in B2B marketing or e-commerce. Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations related to marketing campaigns.
