About the Role: We are looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join our content marketing team. The goal of the role is to generate leads for the company from platforms such as Forums (Quora, Reddit, Medium, Pinterest, Facebook Groups, Slideshare), educational websites (TeachersPayTeachers, Udemy, Skillshare), events (Eventbrite, meetup), communities (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) audio podcasts, webinars, and emails. The incumbent will be critical in helping the organization achieve sustained organic growth. Please note that this role does not involve content creation for social media such as Instagram and YouTube and is focused on external platforms. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads organically through content. Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality learning content for different channels Collaborate with internal teams to create content aligned with PlanetSpark’s goals. Content Dissemination Planning and scheduling the content calendar for various portals Post content on the platforms at regular intervals as per the content calendar Data Tracking Track metrics such as engagement, leads, demos, and purchases regularly Fine-tune the strategy based on data analysis Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or related fields. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in content marketing and an active social media profile / blog Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you should not write JDs that are as boring as this one) Extensive experience in written and graphic content creation Strong understanding of AI platforms for creating written content, images and audio content The ability to patiently create a large volume of content day on day What We Offer: A supportive and innovative work environment.
