Founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we are on a growth trajectory, having raised seed funding in April 2023. Our team of 35 is set to expand to 50 as we continue our journey. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation, delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team. Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/ WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information. Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth. Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively. Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Accurately track and report sales activities and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 0-1 years of relevant work experience. Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
