We are backed by a well-established Private Equity firm , supported by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses , and collaborate with some of the most reputed financial services and travel partners in India and abroad. We are looking for a high-potential product manager to join our founding team. Y ou will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of our digital insurance products and Value Added Services and collaborate closely with engineering and the business teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate would have: 3 to 10 years of stellar track record in a product management role with a leading online travel portal, insurer, Insurtech firm, or online B2B business Experience working in agile development environments A solid academic background, including preferably an MBA and strong analytical and communication skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. A good understanding of insurance products and processes, especially in the travel space, would be a significant plus. The role can based in Mumbai (Western Suburbs) or Delhi.
