Job Title: U.S RecruiterShift Timings: U.S Shift (06:00 pm to 03:00 am)Location: Work from Home/Mumbai (Work mode may change in future)Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced U.S Technology Recruiter to join our teamWe are expanding our team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and ability to source and hire Tech talent in the U.S. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would grab our attention. Candidates looking for a career in a fast-paced Startup environment would be preferred.Responsibilities • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.• Work closely with the hiring managers in Job Discovery, Calibration and scheduling of interviews• Work on strategic global hiring programs.• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.• Use niche platforms related to source potential candidates and create a relevant database• Run an effective Employee Referral program• Negotiate with the candidates and close the positions with Offer letter and appointment• Create an engagement program with the candidates to ensure that there are no dropouts• Conduct preliminary interviews, document the same, and create daily MIS.• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.• Keeping abreast of the industry trends and Salary benchmarks.Requirements • Graduate or a Postgraduate. Certificate in Information Technology will be preferred• Relevant U.S Tech hiring experience of minimum 2 -4 years is a must• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.• Experience in building the talent pool for the multiple departments of the company.• Must be comfortable working in U.S shifts.• Strong understanding of technical requirements.• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.• The ability to position the Organisation to the candidates and negotiate well.• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills• Excellent Network with the IT professionals Based in the U.S through or other social media/Platforms.• Neutral Accent
