This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth of a prestigious brand while gaining exposure to international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Relations: Drive sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client interaction is personalized and memorable. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the selection of jewellery pieces based on their preferences and occasions.Travel & Networking: Represent the brand in international markets by traveling abroad at least10 times a year . Attend global exhibitions, trade shows, and private client meetings to expand the company’s presence. Build and maintain relationships with international clients and vendors.Product Expertise: Acquire and demonstrate a solid understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, diamond grading, and colored stone characteristics. Educate clients about the craftsmanship, materials, and value of the jewellery pieces.Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and pricing effectively with clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability. Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.Operational Efficiency: Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and client details. Utilize computer systems proficiently for inventory management, reporting, and CRM tasks.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to strategize sales plans and achieve revenue goals. Coordinate with designers and manufacturers to meet client requirements for custom jewellery orders.Key RequirementsExperience:Minimum of5 yearsof experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or related industry.Skills & Knowledge:Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals effectively. Basic knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes, diamond grading, and colored stones. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systemsPersonal Attributes:A professional, polished, and confident demeanor. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
