QCI is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Line Manager to lead and oversee HR operations within designated divisions. The role requires a skilled HR professional who can align human resources practices with business objectives, foster a positive work environment, and support the professional development of the workforce. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with business heads to align HR practices with the strategic goals of their respective business units.• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and any other issues.• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.• Manage the recruitment and selection process.• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.• Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.• Report to the vertical head and provide decision support through HR metrics.• Ensure compliance with human resource management.Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).• 5 to 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.• Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills.• Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organizationTo apply send your CV to ppid-hr@
