Position: - Manager/Senior Manager- LeasingWork Location: - Gurugram, Haryana, 122019CTC: - 25 LPAWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Expansion Associate to help us expand our business. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy.Role & responsibilities• Lease Administration & Leasing Operations Management.• Monitoring lease expiration dates, termination notices, renewal notices and all other communication• Manage the pre-opening responsibilities like finalizing the zoning/ business plan on the basis of mall layout, identify the potential list of retailers/brands to be approached.• Oversee the process of drafting and finalizing the Leave and License Agreement and ensure that all the terms incorporated in the agreements are unambiguous and as per mutual agreement.• Strive to drive up rentals & exceed Business Plan numbers.• MIS Preparation and presentation on Weekly and monthly basis.• Create and maintain all the deal summaries for the submission of EOI/ LOI /ATL/ LD/ MOU and approvals.• Conducting inspections, managing repairs, and renovations, coordinating with outside vendors, and assisting with event planning and execution.Minimum Experience• 6 - 8 years of experience in retail/hospitality industry; with at least 3 - 4 years in Leasing in reputed malls.Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively)• Position is for a Manager/SM or someone who is working in a good mall currently.• Knowledge of leasing administration process.• Knowledge of brand/product category mix.• Experience: 6 to 8 Years Experience (Leasing Experience to be strictly from Mall Background)• Have good connectivity with brands.• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and be a creative problem solver.• Possesses a professional demeanour and appearance.• Strong planning and organizational skills.• Flexible, adaptable, punctual, and consistent.
