Note: This job is open to candidates based in Surat only.We have openings in various roles –CRM,In-house Sales,Tele caller,Chat Representative,Call Center AgentLocation: Surat, GujaratSalary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)Are you a dynamic and confident professional with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)? We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team for multiple roles, including CRM Executive, In-House Sales Representative, Telecaller, Chat Representative, and Call Center Agent. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a quick learner, and love engaging with customers, this opportunity is perfect for you!This is not one single role, these are multiple roles for different client company:Depending on the role you fit into, your responsibilities may include:1. CRM Executive:- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner - Clearly determine the purpose of the call. - Efficiently manage multiple phone calls. - Deal with queries and provide correct information - Coordination with International Clients via call, message & email. - Requirement in Day shift or Night shift2. In-House Sales Representative:- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries. - Educate customers about products/services and close sales effectively. - Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.3. Telecaller:- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. - Handle customer queries professionally and persuasively. - Record feedback and ensure follow-up for effective conversions.4. Chat Representative:- Provide real-time support to customers via chat platforms. - Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries. - Manage multiple conversations simultaneously with a friendly approach.5.
