CRM Executive:- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner - Clearly determine the purpose of the call. - Efficiently manage multiple phone calls. - Deal with queries and provide correct information - Coordination with International Clients via call, message & email. - Requirement in Day shift or Night shift2. In-House Sales Representative:- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries. - Educate customers about products/services and close sales effectively. - Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.3. Telecaller:- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. - Handle customer queries professionally and persuasively. - Record feedback and ensure follow-up for effective conversions.4. Chat Representative:- Provide real-time support to customers via chat platforms. - Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries. - Manage multiple conversations simultaneously with a friendly approach.5.
