Ensure adherence to regulations, foster diversity, and promote ongoing improvement through insights derived from data analysis.Talent Management-Designing and implement a robust talent management system.People Development & Orientation:- Formulate and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee productivity cutting across all levels and functions. - Establish avenues for employee advancement by providing skill enhancement opportunities, mentorship programs, and career progression strategies -succession planning. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth to improve individual performance and align with the long-term goals of the organizationEmployee Retention & Initiatives:- Design and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention, including development programs, recognition initiatives, and work-life balance solutions. - Monitor feedback and address turnover risks proactively.Culture Development:- Cultivate a constructive, inclusive, and high-performance environment that is in harmony with the company's values. - Encourage a performance-oriented culture, collaboration, transparent communication, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and contribute to organizational development.Enhancing Employer Branding:Bolster the organizations employer brand by implementing focused recruitment marketing strategies, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing employee testimonials to draw in exceptional talent and establish the company as a preferred employer.- To lead and oversee the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. - Responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition plans, sourcing top-performing individuals that align with company values and goals. - Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and networks.Compliance & work place safety- Setting up policies & systems that ensure the adherence to the employee and labour laws as governed by the state. - Ensure give a safe and comfortable environment for employee to perform to their best.Compensation & Benefit-- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.Preferred candidate profile- 18+ years plus experience person should be hands on with HR practices and should have set up all best HR systems and processes. - An ideal candidate should have experience in the Corporate HR Role. - Person with some experience in auto sector would be preferred. - Should have done GPTW (Great place to work) Certification for the company. - Should have experience in organizational development, cultural transformation.
