US Immigration Analyst - Rotational Shifts - Onsite Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaResponsibilities- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of immigration petitions, from initiation to filing. - Manage immigration cases, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. - Draft immigration petitions including forms and letters and compile supporting documents. - Experience in drafting complete H-1B, L-1B, and Green Card petitions for US. - Additional experience in other areas of drafting work & family visas for US, UK and Canada will be an add-on. - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation per the company’s protocols. - Other support functions to assist the law firms pertaining to immigration services.Qualifications- Good Analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills. - Knowledge of using search engines, case management tools, etc. - Good experience with Microsoft Suite and the skills associated with them. - Dynamic and willingness to work in 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
