Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (ISM)Job Objective:The Inside Sales Executive at Medvarsity will be responsible for course sale of University sponsored MBA courses (foreign Universities) to doctors. You will engage with potential students, nurture leads, and help them enroll in our courses, while achieving sales goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Promote Courses: Introduce doctors to our MBA programs in collaboration with international universities. 2. Achieve Targets: Meet monthly enrollment goals set by the management team. 3. Communicate Value: Explain the benefits of the MBA program and how it can help doctors grow in their careers. 4. Build Relationships: Maintain positive connections with potential students throughout the enrollment process. 5. Handle Objections: Use persuasive skills to address concerns and encourage doctors to enroll. 6. Generate Leads: Reach out to new potential leads through calls, emails, and other channels. 7. Convert Leads: Guide leads through the application process and help them enroll in courses. 8. Support Students: Answer questions and provide advice to students during the enrollment process and after joining. 9. Track Performance: Update CRM systems (like Zoho or salesforce) with accurate data and track sales progress.Key Skills:- Sales experience (preferably in EdTech or education) - Strong communication skills (both spoken and written). - Ability to build rapport and trust with leads and students. - Target-driven and results-oriented. - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot). - Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once. - Good negotiation skills.Qualifications:- Required: Bachelor's degree in any field. - Preferred: MBA or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. - Experience: At least 2 years in sales (preferably in EdTech). - Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi.
