Managing distribution network for multiple states through the team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates. Formulating, Planning, and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs. Driving the right product mix and assortment leads to overall margin gains. Driving a performance-driven culture in the team. Hiring, developing & retaining the team through structured processes, regular feedback, and leading by example. Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors. Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management. Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of the team.
