Job Role- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance Responsible For Sourcing High Value CA customer's along with entire Family Banking relationship Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer.Job Requirements: Overall 2 yrs of Banking experience; out of which 1-2yrs in Retail Liabilities Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products • Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic) Thinker: Doer – 40:60 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer 'DELIGHT' Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
